Staff was very friendly. Waiting area is nice, clean, spacious, and has beverages. They send you a link with a video of your vehicle inspection process. They are also considerable savings over other Volk spacious, and has beverages. They send you a link with a video of your vehicle inspection process. They are also considerable savings over other Volkswagen dealerships. The only thing that was a little bit of a drawback this time is that the service time took longer than it should by quite a bit. Overall, I like coming here and will again. More
