This is my 3rd VW to purchase in the last 4 years (2 from Lewisville VW). I came in just for an oil change and recall work, and ended up buying my 2nd vehicle from them! The service has been excellent from walking into the dealership, working with sales stage and sales management, and also finance. Everything is explained clearly and I don't get the usual dealership feel of them trying to trick you into something. I also have been impressed with their service department on getting me in for service and always keeping me informed during the process. I have nothing to complain about and I will be a repeat customer again when it is time to upgrade the wife's Atlas. The atmosphere is great! Keep up the great work! More
