He greeted me at the front when I arrived and was eagerly prepared as he had the car waiting for me to test drive. After deciding it was what I wanted (under no pressure from him to make a sale), he guided me through the buying process. Less than an hour later, I was greeted by John in the finance dept stating he had all paperwork ready for me to sign. It was NOT, by any means, a grueling, long process as it sometimes can be. After signing the paperwork, I was met by David in costumer relations who made sure I was well taken care of, gave instructions on my license plate process, and made sure I rang the iconic bell!!
