I had to get my 60k service complete over the weekend and I had the most pleasant experience thanks to my service advisor, Ralph! He was so communicative and polite. Tim Larsen was patient & helpful and he took time to answer all my questions thoroughly. On the video sent by mechanic, he spoke too fast and too quietly so could not understand some of what he was say answer all my questions thoroughly. Took a while (3 to 3.5 hours), but had a desk to work at along w/ good wifi so was nice. TV was on too loud (only desk I saw was by TV--not sure why) and looked for a remote but couldn't find...should have probably asked someone to turn it down. Overall a nice experience More
