First time getting my vehicle serviced at this dealership. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The time given to me about give long the service will take was exactly as I was told. Their detail service is nothing more than a vacuum n wash. I think it could be a little bit more like wheel cleaning and fragrance but that’s just me. lol. I will be returning in the future. The people are polite and personable. I purchased the Platinum warranty and now see it was a waste of money. My VW Taos has computer issues and can’t be fixed. The issues come & go which I purchased the Platinum warranty and now see it was a waste of money. My VW Taos has computer issues and can’t be fixed. The issues come & go which makes it hard to fix according to service guy. My car died twice in the middle of intersection and I had to quickly put it into park and restart it. Cars were honking at me and I caused a traffic jam. Other issues are happening which began the first week I purchased it in Oct 2023. I will get a lawyer to handle it due to no help from VW More

We brought our car in because it has mad a very odd noise for the last 6 months. I had to take the day off and drop the car off and had to get a ride to and from the dealership. They couldn’t find anything for the last 6 months. I had to take the day off and drop the car off and had to get a ride to and from the dealership. They couldn’t find anything wrong, but we got the car back and immediately the noise is just as bad as ever. It is very apparent and if someone would have driven the car for more than a minute im sure they would have heard it. Now we’re still stuck with a car that continues to make awful noises with no solution. More
