VW kept my car for a week to fix the air conditioner. They did not fix it it’s not working and I have to take it in again for them to get the parts to fix it again. Also the outside mirror protector fell They did not fix it it’s not working and I have to take it in again for them to get the parts to fix it again. Also the outside mirror protector fell off while driving they want $ 300 to paint and install one. I took an unpainted one for $68. More

My first service experience with my 2022 Taos and it was nothing but excellent. The waiting area was comfortable for working while waiting for the service to finish, didn't mind waiting a bit more that exp nothing but excellent.
