Wasn’t allowed a loaner vehicle while my car was in service for over three days. Also, I spent over $2000 and my car wasn’t washed. This used to be a standard service. Also, this is the fourth tim service for over three days. Also, I spent over $2000 and my car wasn’t washed. This used to be a standard service. Also, this is the fourth time I’ve had to replace a heater core and I’ve only had the car five years. I won’t buy another Volkswagen….. EVER ! More

Staff was very friendly. Waiting area is nice, clean, spacious, and has beverages. They send you a link with a video of your vehicle inspection process. They are also considerable savings over other Volk spacious, and has beverages. They send you a link with a video of your vehicle inspection process.
