My air conditioner is not working in my 2020 Jetta but they need to keep it for a week. I will take it in September 2 they will have to bring me home and bring my car home when it’s done. They have no car they need to keep it for a week. I will take it in September 2 they will have to bring me home and bring my car home when it’s done. They have no cars I can use while it is being fixed. Not happy about that. More

Called for an appointment and was able to get one the next day. I arrived on time and was seen immediately. Received a call when service was complete and picked my car up as promised shortly afterwards next day. I arrived on time and was seen immediately.
