Scheduled 50k mile service for my VW Jetta and it was great. Friendly and helpful staff. Provided a video of the under carriage inspection and walk through. The experience was straight forward. The person greeting me was friendly. They are obviously going through renovations but still doing the best with what they can. The downsides were that they claim to offer a car wash with the service, at best it was a window cleaning. The car was still covered in dirt, mind you the car wasn't filthy to begin with. Lastly, I only noticed upon getting home that they had forgot to replace the VW valve stem cap on one of my wheels. Normally this would be a non-issue but these particular caps are sold as an add-on. More
