Good day, I am Syreeta Brown a long standing customer of the dealership. I purchased my car from LPP and have relied on the dealership to care for my post purchase maintenance. On 4/ 13 at 10 am I came t the dealership. I purchased my car from LPP and have relied on the dealership to care for my post purchase maintenance. On 4/ 13 at 10 am I came to the service center requested a wheel alignment. I was place with Sebastian Mejia. Sebastian explained that after further investigation I would need two front tires. As he stated my tires are a safety risk and he wouldn't advise me to drive on them. I agreed to the repair ( original repair documents attached) I was provided a loaner and I left my car in the care of the dealership for 5 days. I received a text from Sebastian on Thursday 4/18 that the car was ready please see screenshot of communication below. I picked up my vehicle on Sunday morning paid for the service and left. I did not inspect the car because it was not top of mind to look over the work that was supposed to be done. I trusted everything was completed as agreed. That did not happen. My tires were never replaced! My car sat for 5 days and nothing was completed. I didn't receive so much as a complimentary wash. I am stunned at how I was treated. You will also see in the text communication I was asking for assistance regarding my extended warranty information on the car and I was not supported. I called and left a message with the pre owned sales manger Jorge on Thursday as instructed by Sebastian and never received a call back. I brought the car in today to inform the Service manger Juan of my experience. I requested a full refund, which was granted. I am reaching out to you because I believe leadership be made aware of this troubling and extremely unsatisfactory experience. My time was wasted, my safety jeopardize and the lack of follow through regarding the car being inspected before being presented to the customer is unacceptable. Zee is probably the most outstanding car manager salesman I’ve ever worked with. By far the most professional and extremely courteous. Yomar was just as amazing from making the suggestion to visit the mechan I’ve ever worked with. By far the most professional and extremely courteous. Yomar was just as amazing from making the suggestion to visit the mechanic and determine the exact issue with the vehicle to making the sale because of this idea! I literally had zero intentions in buying the car until we arrived back at the dealer and he came up with the suggestion and not only was able to calm my concerns but was also able to follow through with receiving my car and handling the entire process of servicing the vehicle within 24 hours and having it ready for delivery along with a second key in time as well! I love all the way in palm beach and sad to say have been let down twice by Lexus of palm beach. Zee and Yomar have not only earned my business but will continue to do so in the future. One word Osiris Barcelo a service manager is a pure human who understands customer needs and she went above and beyond for me . I owned LS 500 and I really needed a loaner when I drop my car .
