Carlos was great, really was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The only issue was the follow-up on the finance side. Apparently, someone hurt their back and our deal fell through the cra throughout the process. The only issue was the follow-up on the finance side. Apparently, someone hurt their back and our deal fell through the cracks. I ended up escalating a few times through the GM (EA) and she got things rolling for us again. Overall a very good experience. More

Really nice people, all six of the different people I had to deal with. The low rating is based on multiple failures on execution. Original contact, failure to respond, in writing. Ordered vehicle was good until out the door price was established. Again all in writing. Sales documentation, filled out all the requested documents , go to Mexico and the sale could not go through because you never provided the notary, you required, not in writing. All equipment was requested in writing, was not provided, took days to get it done. Price increased. When I was told the car was ready for pickup, went to dealership; car was not ready did not even had a license plate. The license plate was lost and the information I was given needed to be changed. Had to change my information with my security and will not have access for three days, weekend office closed. This was not the Lexus experience I have come to expect, we have multiple Lexus’s. More

Good selection of new vehicles. I have purchased a 2025 IS 500 and a 2026 TX Luxury in the last year. Even though dealer is being remodeled, my experience was good. Carl, our salesm I have purchased a 2025 IS 500 and a 2026 TX Luxury in the last year. Even though dealer is being remodeled, my experience was good.
