I went to Lexus of Sarasota to look at a 2022 Audi A5 convertible that was for sale. I was a bit late in putting in my offer and the car went to someone else. I left the dealership without an owners manual and a recharging cable. No customer should be leaving your lot without owners manual and if they have an electric vehicle without a charging cable. Yet my six year old vehicle that I turned in as a trade-in came with owners manual and all other manuals that came with the car originally. Very sad when you buy a car that’s worth $67,000 and you can’t even plug it in because there is no charging cable. This is really unacceptable.. More
