I am so happy I got Chris for my car salesman. He was there for the whole duration of the process. Also Ana Lima was there w a smile to assist us and to make things expedient. My wife and I just bought our first Lexus and we couldn't be happier. I live an hour from the dealership and found the exact car we wanted on the internet. Christopher Wolf was my sales rep. He was a pleasure to deal with by email, phone, and in person. Told him which car I wanted, he sent me a very fair offer and we said yes. Afraid there might be issues once we got there; but there weren't! Everything was just as promised and the sale went smooth. After the sale, Chad McLean helped us start to understand some of the long list of tech and features our new car has. The car is.... incredible! We're both blown away. Anyhow, wanted to post this review and thank Chris and Chad for their help and patience. The one thing that was nice is there were no "games" that I've been forced to deal with at other dealerships with rookie sales reps who no nothing about their products and are just hyper balls of enthusiasm until you ask what should be a simple question. The buying process was good, considering this was a used car. The only problem was the $2397 for "other fees," which is supposed to cover paperwork. That would cover a lot of paperwork. Most dealers charge this kind of fee, but it seems usually around $300 to $700. So this is mainly profit for the dealer. I guess it allows them to advertise a $2000 lower price. Stopping at the finance guy takes too long, mostly an attempt to sell you more "warranties," which are, of course, prepaid maintenance. More
