My service adviser has been a great help in solving problems with my car. The new system of randomly assigning service advisers, unless one is requested, feels very low class. An adviser looking for their next client, but not knowing that person, comes into the wait area and calls out for someone “last name Smith”. Feels like waiting for a table at a restaurant.
