I arrived at 10:00 for a scheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 2 1/2 hours before receiving a video of additional services my car needed. I was assigned Roberto Castrodad as my advisor. and tire rotation. Waited 2 1/2 hours before receiving a video of additional services my car needed. I was assigned Roberto Castrodad as my advisor. Thirty min after receiving the video I went looking for Roberto to discuss my car and their recommendations and found out he had left for lunch. A woman came and checked me out confirming Roberto had forgotten me. When I asked about the recommended extra services needed, she said they were not essential at this time. However on my paperwork it states I declined the recommended services. Very concerning. Was extremely disappointed in the service I was provided. More
