Highly disappointed. Even with appointment, waited 2 hours just to get a damaged tire replaced under warranty. - after 1 hour to deakership, 1 hour home drive. I feel penalized in waste of my time for buying the warranty and for using a dealer with such a huge territory it cannot propery serve customers after they have sold their $60,000 sedans. Will NEVER recommend Lexus Sarasota again. Second bad experience in 2 week. First was even worse - by far. So this was not a @one off” opinion. The service agent was fine but clueless and helpless.
