The dealership itself was buzzing with people. When I pulled up the car I was interested in was out front and ready for me to view it. The staff at the front desk were helpful and found my salesperson quickly. Justin was a good salesperson he answered my questions to the best of his ability. I did feel like the optional plan that Justin mentioned to me should have been explained more. I didn't realize it would be $3000 extra. I did sign for it so that is my responsibility, and I should have asked more questions regarding the specific pricing. I ended up spending more than I wanted due to the extras. The car is nice I ended up purchasing it however the brakes are squealing and making a loud noise. I did advise Chuck and Justin about this issue and I am bringing the car back for service. It is embarrassing actually because of how loud the brakes are but overall it is a wonderful car. More
