Purchased two cars in 60 Days In December 2018, we purchased our 3rd Lexus vehicle from Wilde Lexus. We worked with John Webb who helped us determine the best vehicle available for our needs which was to replace our older Lexus RX350 with a newer certified pre-owned Lexus. John was courteous and professional throughout the sales process. We agreed to a purchase a vehicle at a price that we thought was fair for both parties and felt that John Webb acted as our advocate in getting an equitable deal. But what was even more impressive to me was that when we arrived to pick up the new car we found two very minor cosmetic issues. John made certain that those issue were resolved quickly with no charge incurred by us. He even had a large red bow on the car at delivery which made my wife very happy. To me it is very important that a salesperson and dealership live up to their commitments and John Webb and Wilde Lexsus certainly did that. In fact, I have been so satisfied with John and Wilde Lexus that last week I purchase another car from John with the same results. Great car, fair deal and professional treatment throughout the process. I must also note that Kenny Clark who worked with me on my last transaction with Wilde was extremely helpful in finding the best financing possible and making certain that all finacial issues were resolved in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. Just as Frank Justin had done on the purchase in December 2018. So, I have now purchased (4) cars from Wilde.
