Told him a couple of hours. When we arrived at the dealership the car was out front, all cleaned up and ready to inspect. Since this was a 10 year pre-owned auto, I was impressed that Jim was so prepared for us. We took it for a test drive. Jim was pleasant and patient with all our questions. All was well, so the negotiations began. There was a little back and forth as expected, but no high pressure. We agreed on price, We told Jim we’d like to take possession the next day. That was fine. He would have it all ready. When we returned the next day, again he was ready with the paperwork and everything went smoothly. I love ?? my new used car and I am very pleased with my buying experience with Jim Lally and Wilde Lexus.😊 More

We started doing so with our 2015 Lexus and have been very happy. We also leased our 2017 Lexus and have recently gotten a 2019 Lexus to replace the 2015.
