5 stars do no justice.. After getting the run around and empty promises at many dealerships looking to replace my car that was unexpectedly struck by lightning I was frustrat After getting the run around and empty promises at many dealerships looking to replace my car that was unexpectedly struck by lightning I was frustrated to say the least. Well my one of many internet searches brought me to a beautiful showroom condition Lexus GS 350 fsport. The price was almost to good to be true. I contacted Patrick via email as the dealship was closed. I was promptly contacted the next business day and unfortunately was informed the vehicle was sold. Just my luck I figured and still batting a 1000 in the frustrated/failure department. Patrick though was eager and sincere to help and low and behold the same car was available but at a price point above my pay grade. He took my information and a few. Hours later offered me the car at the same price as the other one and beat my pre approved % rate by 2+ points. I was dumbfounded as I've never heard of or known a dealership to work for the consumer. This was something like no other and the deal was done. Now if this wasn't good enough he sent a driver to come pick me up the following day as I'm 2 hours away and that's a long bike ride. Upon arrival I was treated like the 1% top not customer service from beginning to end and the car was as promised fully detailed and full of gas. My short review can't do Patrick, staff and the dealship justice but I will be a customer for life as Patrick and Wilde Lexus provided a service like no other and I'm indebted and greatful that places like this still exist!!
