I have owned a Lexus since getting one of the first SC 300 in 1992. Subsequently, I have leased and owned almost every model through a family and friends’ relationship with a Los Angeles dealership. Carl stayed in contact with me over the last 3 months with answers to my questions as I made my decision to lease a 2020 NX300h. Carl and his sales manager, Avi Kaufman made my purchase as painless as possible in handling a over- mileage lease termination.
