We received lots of empathy at Wilde, starting with Lea Losey and that was followed by the sales staff, Dale, Craig, and, finally Kurt. It was tough to trade a car I really wanted to keep and everyone there knew that. It's a business I know, but they cared. Kurt was awesome, straight forward and thorough and we liked his approach to finding the right car for us. I've dealt with lots of sales people over the years, and was an industrial salesperson myself, and this is about as good as it gets. More

He knew with the circumstance I had with a sick father that I had limited time and made me feel that the trip to Sarasota would be worth it as he provided me full description of the vehicle. I felt immediate trust and he sent me the no hassle agreement with the fees/ total cost. I have been shopping these cars for a while and it was evident from the other local vehicle of this type that Wilde Lexus had the best prices serving a community that trades in cars with low miles and had the best prices. I knew I had to jump on this vehicle and when I had a conflict in my work schedule and care for my father he held the car for two day until I could make the travel. This vehicle was for my mom and immediately when we arrived Patrick made us feel welcomed and the car was everything he said it was and more. My mom hasn't had a new vehicle since 2002 so you can only imagine with all the modern technology there was a lot to learn. Patrick had a Specialist Dave Brawner scheduled for us that spent an hour with my mom teaching her all the gadgets that if she had to read in the owners manual would take her a lifetime to learn. We were in and out in the exact time he said it would take with no hassle during the negotiations. I don't believe there is any other dealership that you can buy a 2 year old car with 2 more years (to include 4 free maintenance services (oil change) and roadside breakdown service), 50,000 mile warranty; and for a very minimal price extend it for 2 more years with unlimited miles for full coverage. I am so glad I made the trip from Seminole. My mom is so happy and I want to personally thank you again Patrick for the First Class Experience. . More

We were camping at Myakka state park and not really expecting to buy a vehicle that weekend but just stopped to test drive on Friday. By Saturday,Greg had a wonderful vehicle for us and ready to drive off the lot and that we did. He was wonderful. I think I put more pressure on him than he put on us(which was none)!
