'm going to start off by saying I, like many of you, do not trust dealerships; I hate taking my vehicle in to any dealership because: (a) I don't know if my vehicle actually got repaired or looked at (thoroughly) like they say in the paperwork, and (b) I always feel like I got robbed when I leave. That was always me until I came here.
I scheduled to drop my car off here on a weekday mid-day. Someone came out to greet me and I was seen by a rep pretty quickly... in and out I say (I had to drop my car off because it was one of those big milestone ones). Nguyen and Jason helped me this time and they were beyond amazing: courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a thorough check on my vehicle (I didn't tell them there were some minor technical glitches/issues with my vehicle, but they called me back and said they found those issues and asked if I wanted them taken care of). I also loved that they let me know there were some upcoming mechanical repairs I would need to get done, but not necessary for the immediate moment, if I chose not to do it now. Best of all, I didn't feel like they were trying to "up-sell" me on unnecessary/costly repairs or services. My car feels all new again.
This isn't my first time here and it won't be my last time. Thank you Nguyen, Jason, and Lexus of Silver Spring!
*In case you wait there, they've got water, coffee, fruit, and some unhealthy (but delicious) snack options. Clean place, plus tv, plus wifi...check check check.
