Last week I had the first service visit for my new Lexus, purchased in late February. I contacted Chris Cedeno, the sales associate who was so helpful when I was shopping for my new car, and he immediately arranged for me to bring my car in the very next day. Logan Brooks, of the service department, got me signed in quickly, and the 5,000 mile check was completed with no delay. At my request, Chris then very kindly reviewed a few of the features of my car that I was still unsure about how to use. I feel lucky to have such a helpful team--thanks to Chris and Logan.
