Nice dealership and outstanding sales person I’m one that never likes the car buying experience. All of the back and forth and feeling like the dealership doesn’t care about the customer but just I’m one that never likes the car buying experience. Wow, was I ever surprised on my experience with Lexus of Akron-Canton and my sales person, Mark Stacy. Mark made my wife and I feel comfortable from the minute we walked in. He took the time to understand our car buying situation, our budget and our time table. Even after we agreed on a deal Mark continued to follow up when we were in the finance office as well as when I waited for the car to be detailed after purchase. Oh, that’s right—this dealership fills up the gas and took the time to detail every bit of my used car. And I didn’t even buy a Lexus! If anyone is in the market for a car I would highly recommend both this dealership as well as Mark Stacy. You will get the car buying experience you’ve always wanted to have!! More
