We worked with Kari Scherer for a number of weeks trying to find the right sedan and she always returned our texts, phone calls, in a timely manner. When we switched our sights towards and SUV, Kari didn't ditch us like some sales people would have done. She stayed in touch with us, was very patient, and helped us find the right SUV. Buying A New 2019 Lexus ESh We want to say how FANTASTIC it was to work with Tracy McCaffrey, our salesperson! She was very knowledgeable about all the cars at Lexus of Akron/Can We want to say how FANTASTIC it was to work with Tracy McCaffrey, our salesperson! She was very knowledgeable about all the cars at Lexus of Akron/Canton but especially the ESh which we were very interested in buying. She was ready to meet our desires when buying our 4th ES whether those actually met her sales goals. We felt that the information we received was of benefit to us and our needs specifically. She explained our financial options and introduced us to people in the finance department. We really felt she helped us make a great decision with our 2019 ESh. Tracy was available at scheduled appointments, returned all our emails and phone calls in an extremely timely manner. Tracy bent over backwards to meet our schedule for discussing our purchase, for setting up the financing, for getting the car with all the features we wanted, for picking up our car and getting trained on the new features. Tracy treated us like we were the only customer she had and gave us all the time we needed to make our final decision. She was also very kind, caring and helpful. This is the third ES we have purchased at Lexus of Akron/Canton. We also purchased a used Toyota Camry a few years back. Our first ES was purchased in Cleveland before the Akron dealership was built. We would return to this dealership in the future for our car needs. Shab Tadayon, Manager, spoke with us each time we were at the dealership. He was kind, friendly and very personable. He always asked if we were satisfied with the treatment and service we received at the dealership. We assured him that we felt we were in good hands with Tracy and that she was doing a wonderful job for us. JoanieLatessa, Finance Manager, was so kind and helpful. She walked us through our options for the car and there was no pressure to buy options we chose not to purchase. It takes awhile to complete the paperwork but honestly, we probably talked more than she did! We had lots of questions and she was able to answer all of them. I don't remember the name of the gentleman who trained us on our new car but he was wonderful!! He was so patient and explained everything quite thoroughly. In conclusion, I just want to say what a wonderful experience we had with Tracy, Joanie and Shab. We feel they truly represent the excellence we expect from Lexus and the sales people who work there.
