Jose was a great service advisor. I had a failing battery on my Rx and he worked me in the same day and got the battery replaced. I let me know about some other issues I need to add I had a failing battery on my Rx and he worked me in the same day and got the battery replaced. I let me know about some other issues I need to address in the near future - very informative but not pushy. The actual work done was great as usual here. I will ask for Jose again. More
