Before the purchase when I was gathering information on the vehicle we wanted it was easy to get in touch with sales. The salesman and sales manager were very friendly and easy to contact. The price stated the vehicle we wanted it was easy to get in touch with sales. The salesman and sales manager were very friendly and easy to contact. The price stated on the website was the price of the vehicle with no additional fees other than the traditional cost. I was also assured there were two keys for this vehicle. However, after signing the papers The salesman handed me one key. I told him I was assured there were two keys and he says yes but the previous owner still has one and he will try to get it to me. I told him try is not what I was promised. He told me he would call me the following day and let me know the status. The salesman never called. I waited a day and still no call so I text him he did not return the text so I tried calling the sales manager. He would not receive my calls. It got to the point where I was immediately sent to extension which is not available. They will not answers calls and will not answers text. I am out $400 for a new key. Before the sale everyone was friendly but after I sign the papers no one wanted anything to do with me. The salesman had assured me that the sales manager always took care of the problems however he could not promise he would take care of this one but he said in the past he always took care of the problems. It appears the way he way he takes care of problems is to never answer the call. More
