I had a great experience with Lexus of Brookfield. I drove from Schaumburg, IL to buy a certified 2020 Lexus RX350L to replace my beloved 2008 Lexus RX350. Isaac the salesman was great to deal with, h I drove from Schaumburg, IL to buy a certified 2020 Lexus RX350L to replace my beloved 2008 Lexus RX350. Isaac the salesman was great to deal with, he even gave me a dozen roses and a hug after the deal. Chris, the finance manager was very efficient and made the process smooth. John, the technology specialist was fun and very thorough. I am a happy customer with Lexus Brookfield and my dream SUV. More

I walked into the Lexas dealer not needing a new car and walked out with a Black Betty. Let me explain... I bought a Lexus from this dealership about two years ago. Loved the people, the atmosphere, and of walked out with a Black Betty. Let me explain... I bought a Lexus from this dealership about two years ago. Loved the people, the atmosphere, and of course the car. When I started to look for a larger vehicle I knew where to go. As we were walking to Renee's desk, my husband saw this beautiful, black, 2020 RX350 with red leather, and that was that. Black Betty needed to be ours. Renee being good at her job, saw the gleam in his eye and they both told me I needed this car. Did I? You bet your tail I did. Car buying sucks. It's not fun until you find a dealer that will work with you as a person. My husband and I had so much fun with Renee. How often do you buy a car from someone you would hang out with? I love Lexus, I love Black Betty, and dare I say it.... I love Renee. She knew I needed Betty before I did. HA! More
