My experience with customer service was the best! So friendly and so welcoming, but not forceful! I felt stress free when my wife and I was shopping for a car there. Steve Haideman was our salesman, So friendly and so welcoming, but not forceful! I felt stress free when my wife and I was shopping for a car there. Steve Haideman was our salesman, very nice and humble guy. We ended driving out with a brand new 2022 RX350 F Sport, and no he was not pushy or forceful with 'sales tactics'. He was honest, genuine and approached us very nicely. More than happy to shop at this dealer again and/or highly recommend others to shop at Lexus of Brookfield! More
