I purchased a Lexus NX 350h from Lexus of Brookfield back in June/July. Due to supply chain issues, and potential rail yard strikes my car was delivered the first week of December instead of August as it was in June/July. Due to supply chain issues, and potential rail yard strikes my car was delivered the first week of December instead of August as it was originally planned for. The folks at Lexus of Brookfield did a fine job keeping me informed of the limited updates they would get, and they worked with my bank to provide additional information on the delay several times. Bob Hill was my salesperson. Sam Aly and Kevin Bell worked with my bank on the delay, and also the customization I added to the car to be completed when delivered. Chris Zilvitis was the most upbeat finance person I’ve ever dealt with. John Schloegl spent an hour and a half going over every bit of technology in my new car and answering all of my questions. Finally, Renee Schmid was my hype woman - remembering me each time I came in. For a series of such unfortunate events, the whole team at Lexus of Brookfield did the best they could to make the experience of purchasing my dream car a positively memorable milestone.
