Bob Hill was very personable and patient with us. He answered all of our questions. He accompanied us on a test drive and took us to the service center so that we would be familiar with it for futur He answered all of our questions. On the day that we picked up the car, Wade was very busy, but Bob did manage to get him to meet and explain some very important computer issues. We, however, did not like having our offer at asking price returned on a sheet with a list of add-ons in such a way that the offer might not be accepted without the addition of some of the add-ons. We do not blame Bob for this. It’s obviously a dealer practice. We also do not understand why a list of all of the options on the car was not available. While it is a used car, it’s a 2021 with less than 3000 miles on it. That info should be attainable. This led to asking us to add and pay for the 3M door strips which were already on the car at the asking price. This was resolved but should not have occurred. We don’t think that figuring out as we go what options are or are not on our car is very good approach. This also appears to be a dealer issue. In addition, when we picked up the car, it was not very well cleaned. There were dirty spots on the ceiling and by the visors. Bob offered to go with me to service to have it taken care of, but I was pressed for time. Later that day I noticed marks in the cargo area that were not cleaned off. Finally, we both understood as it was presented that the overall warranty on our car was “Bumper to bumper for 6 years”. When we met with the business/finance department we were told that was not correct. The warranty would end up being for approximately 4 1/2 years. We almost pulled out of the deal, but decided otherwise. More
This has been the best experience I have ever encountered at a dealership. From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcomed. The waiting period was not bad while paperwork was being processed and Scott periodically checked in with us to keep us updated. Lexus Wade was so thorough while going over the bells and whistles of the vehicle. Pleasant conversation. Literally from beginning to end we had an amazing experience and bought a beautiful SUV!
