Another fantastic dealership experience. I was greeted so pleasantly at the front desk. Isaac was waiting for me up front as well. Isaac and I went on a test drive up to the service department which is essentially like the Waldorf Astoria. Just another 5 star experience at Lexus of Brookfield. When we first walked in, 3 employees looked up at us and looked away. They ignored us so customer service was a bit of a turn off. However, we worked with Bob Hill and Josh from finance. They were welcoming, friendly, and checked on us. Bob and Josh were great to work with and they were kind during the entire process!
