Have been leasing/buying from Lexus of Brookfield for over 16 years. Nothing but the best customer service!! Our sales guy was fantastic and the people were friendly the night we purchased but the follow up experience left us with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. We do not live close and set up a technology app the night we purchased but the follow up experience left us with a bit of a bad taste in our mouths. We do not live close and set up a technology appt with their technology POC for another day, with an appointment time. We arrived for our appointment, the receptionist and manager were alerted to our arrival and we still had to wait for 30 minutes. At that point, we left, not wanting to waste anymore time of our day. The Lexus “experience” appears to be set up for your relationship to be with the dealership you purchased it from-thr problem with that is upon contacting a much closer dealership they are unwilling to be helpful and instead refer you back to your original dealership. Extremely bittersweet purchase BUT our salesman, Jordan Hankins, was good. More
