From the initial phone call to taking delivery of my 2019 RX 350 Sport, my vehicle purchase at Lexus of Brookfield was above par! Dale is the most kind, service-oriented and knowledgeable sales person I’ve e RX 350 Sport, my vehicle purchase at Lexus of Brookfield was above par! Dale is the most kind, service-oriented and knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever purchased a car from and let me tell you - he made me drive the xxxx outta that car on my test drive. It was wild… He really showed me what it can do and how responsive and intuitive the vehicle is. Dale said to call if I ever need anything; gave me his cell #. He greeted me with roses too! Lexus Wade, as he’s referred to, spent nearly an hour with me…like me own personal technology guru. He sent me his very own “how to” YouTube videos and have me his cell # in case I have any questions. I’m overwhelmed and all of my expectations were exceeded! Can’t wait for a long road trip to test out all of the features! Verbie, my finance manager, was great - totally painless and straightforward! More

This afternoon 'Lexus Wade' helped me a very great amount to correct/understand the navigation map system in my 2018 RX 350.
