Will Snyder one of the sales managers was a genuinely kind person, he was available to answer my questions & help put this together.  Buying a vehicle in this market is different than it used to be! Inventory is low & you need to decide quickly or you could lose your vehicle (which I almost did)  Josh Klein from Finance was very knowledgeable & patient while shopping for the best loan & rate for us.... Great guy! Once we got everything put together, Lexus Wade in Technology spent over an hour showing me the new features of my car. It was after hours & I never felt rushed.  He gave me his cell number & even offered for me to come back after I've gotten used to the car.  I could not be more pleased with the staff at this dealership. The rep had no knowledge about the cars, couldn’t even give a brochure of a $57k car I bought, there was no follow up. No cars available to test drive. I asked for 2 tickets for the MKE auto show.
