I have never felt so welcome at a dealership. I normally hate car shopping! Jim Janowski picked out the perfect car for me! He really listened to what I needed in a car. JJ in finance was efficient and d hate car shopping! Jim Janowski picked out the perfect car for me! He really listened to what I needed in a car. JJ in finance was efficient and delightful. Wade spent an hour with me going over all the bells and whistles with me, set up my iPhone and preferences, got me on boarded with Lexus and even set the perfect seat position!! And gave me uTube links (in case I forgot something). This was more than a great service dealership! It's a luxury experience! I know my new Lexus NX will be my fav car ever! More
