In a used/new car world with nothing but constant disappointments and lies from a dealership, I have found one that understands the words "professional, knowledgeable and honest." Why do I describe my salesperson Alex this way you might ask? He has an immediate warm, friendly personality upon introduction, rather than the adversarial robotic approach I find at most all other dealers. Add to that his knowledge about his product and his ability to keep the customer at ease during a major purchase decision make him truly unique in this environment. Where others say no, he made it happen. For me, Alex is "Lexus of Brookfield." He represents all the best in this dealership. This is why my wife and I have purchased both a new and used car from this dealership in the last 6 months. I only wish the rest of the world would operate as he does. More
