Car was clean but found pennies and dimes in the vehicle. Also never cleaned behind the steering wheel . Detail job was average at best . I can’t speak highly enough of the great experience I had in working with the professionals at Lexus of Brookfield. When Nate Rench took my initial telephone inquiry, he listened carefully to all of my requ in working with the professionals at Lexus of Brookfield. When Nate Rench took my initial telephone inquiry, he listened carefully to all of my requirements of what I wanted in my new Lexus. He made sure that my new car had all of the features I requested. Since I live 829 miles away from the dealership, the car was delivered to me by Bob Hill, who is a Sales Professional, and Elisha Springsteen, who is the Delivery Manager. Not only did they drive the car for two days, but they stopped to have it washed before they delivered it to me! They then spent hours introducing me to all of the features of the new car. They were incredibly patient and friendly during their time with me. They even brought me a dozen roses to thank me for my business. They then got back into my old car that I was trading in for another two day journey back to Wisconsin. I had several questions about the new car and I called Bob and Elisha on their trip back to Wisconsin. They took my calls cheerfully and answered my questions. The convertible I wanted was an “in demand” car so Kevin Bell had to do some searching to find it. He was able to work out a very acceptable trade in and lease deal to obtain the car. I also would like to recognize Wade Schumacher for his assistance in navigating the electronic bells and whistles of the vehicle. He knew the inner workings of the connections for my IPhone and the Apple Play system and was extremely patient as he walked me through it. I plan to shce3udle further time with him to learn more.
