Excellent sales and purchase process: I found a car I liked via a web search which led to a quick text with LoB. They made it very easy to come in and test the vehicle I had researched. Not an excessive amount of back and forth, or hidden fees (which seems a little too common with many dealers). Also - the sales person seemed to have a good depth of knowledge on warranties and maintenance. When my questions strayed to technology - the team has an excellent tech person who was able to answer my questions and give a very nice tutorial before I drove off the lot. I did end of purchasing the vehicle I selected. I live an hour from this dealer - so I will likely service my vehicle near a dealer closer to me. Summary: I drove away from this purchase feeling both sides won on the transaction. I spent approximately 40-50 hours researching vehicles before I made this purchase. More

It was a pleasure working with Scott Trad. I bought a gently (3 weeks) used Lexus UX 250H from Scott. There were some issues with the all-weather mats and cargo cover missing from the car (the previous o gently (3 weeks) used Lexus UX 250H from Scott.
