He took an amazing car and made it very driver friendly in an hour and a half in one of the more enjoyable learning experiences we've had in a long time! It's obvious that he is an expert in Lexus technology, but is enthusiastic about his subject in a way that makes you want to learn and enjoy all of the wonderful features these cars have to offer! They say you can't teach an old dog new tricks! Well, I disagree! Wade can! He is the total package. Lexus, you are lucky to have him! To round out our total experience, Scot and Verbie couldn't have been more helpful taking us thru the experience. We never felt rushed and no question was left unanswered. I feel very sorry for customers who don't catch this additional charge on their loan. I would never buy from this company (Napleton) again! More
