Wade Schumacher I purchased an ES 350 3 months ago and Wade provided an outstanding full overview of my navigation and technology systems. When the process was completed Wade informed me that he was available whenever I had a need. I upgraded my cell phone a few days ago and had difficulty with my Bluetooth connection. I contacted Wade he had me come to the dealership and achieved the Bluetooth connection with efficiency. He is an outstanding representative of the Lexus team. Wade Schumacher spent a considerable amount of time making sure that my phone was set up and working correctly, He went above and beyond to cover several key technology features that he felt would help me utilize the system. Since then, I have been using the hands free voice commands and it has helped me safely have conference calls during my lengthy daily commute. I recommend Lexus of Brookfield for their service and ongoing assistance after I purchased my Lexus. More
