The service was mostly fine, but what really irritates me is the extra charges for things I didn't want on the car. They added clear stickers to parts of the car, a wheel lock system, and 'lifetime nitroge is the extra charges for things I didn't want on the car. They added clear stickers to parts of the car, a wheel lock system, and 'lifetime nitrogen.' The ridiculous nitrogen charge was removed when I argued, but they claimed everything was already completed 'per lexus.' Then, a week or so later I get a text from the salesman that the previous owner dropped off the wheel lock key and they'd mail it to me (which they tried to charge me for). Obviously it was already installed. Anyone buying from them in the future should pay attention to the CARS act that should be passed this summer- it prevents predatory additions to car purchases like this. More
