Everyone at Lexus of Brookfield was great to work with and inviting. The experience was not that of typical car dealer and the difference was evident. While it’s fun to get a new car I normally despise the process. Not so at Lexus of Brookfield. I drove all the way from the western suburbs of Illinois to see a car I had my eye on. From the moment I walked in to when I drove off with my new car it was an absolute pleasure to buy my car here. Isaac was phenomenal and so easy to talk to. There were no high pressure sales tactics here which I appreciate so much that when I look for my next car this will be the first place I look and I will tell everyone I know about this dealership. I'm glad we made 2. 5 hour drive to Lexus of Brookfield for our new NX. We have one dealer in NE WI but couldn't find what we wanted in their inventory. I called and sp 5 hour drive to Lexus of Brookfield for our new NX. We have one dealer in NE WI but couldn't find what we wanted in their inventory. I called and spoke with Tony, who, by the way, is fantastic to work with. We drove down the next day. Tony went well above and beyond our car buying expectations. He was kind and accommodating and gave us the best deal possible. I would def buy my next Lexus from him. Also tech guy, John, was awesome and deserves a callout too. THANK YOU!! More
