Generally satisfied with Lexus of Brookfield. I drove 5.5 hours (one way) with a trailer to purchase a lower spec non-Lexus used vehicle. One mechanical issue required attention and the dealer I drove 5.5 hours (one way) with a trailer to purchase a lower spec non-Lexus used vehicle. One mechanical issue required attention and the dealer addressed promptly. The final sale price was $1,200 higher (10%) than what was advertised online. This took an hour to overcome & I was not in a position to negotiate as I had traveled to collect the car. Ultimately they nearly met the advertised price and took care of the mechanical issue.
