Bob Hill was wonderful from the start. He made my wife and myself feel welcome and appreciated from the time we pulled into the parking lot until we walked out with our new car. He was genuine and never pressured us or pushed us in any direction. We drove multiple cars and he even had a car brought over from another location for us to test drive. The entire process at Brookfield Lexus was amazing and I would definitely recommend and buy from them again! We currently have three Lexus vehicles and I have to say the quality and longevity of their products is unmatched and you will not find better service departments anywhere! More

Bob Hill was excellent from the moment my girlfriend and I walked in the door. Treated us with utmost respect and even though the car I initially wanted wasn't on the lot so we couldn't make a deal the fir I walked in the door. Bob and the team worked well together to help us understand the specifics about the car. As this was our first Lexus, we were unsure about all the benefits and the team helped us as we worked with m understand the specifics about the car. As this was our first Lexus, we were unsure about all the benefits and the team helped us as we worked with multiple sales people. One disappointing item was we were told the card would be delivered in 30-45 days and it ended up being closer to 75 and did not receive updates after it had exceeded the expected timeline. More
