I am a first time Lexus owner and I recently had an appointment with John Schloegel to discuss and familiarize me with the technical features of my vehicle. He was extremely helpful, helping me set up appointment with John Schloegel to discuss and familiarize me with the technical features of my vehicle. He was extremely helpful, helping me set up safety features and making sure I understood and could operate the electronics. I enjoyed the time I spent with him. From the ladies at the front desk, my sales person, Bob Hill, and now the tech support I received from John Schloegel, Lexus of Brookfield has provided a positive experience. They all have earned a FIVE STAR RATING. I have already scheduled my 5000 mile./six month service. I am confident that the service department will provide the same type of professionalism. I had an appointment with Bob Hill to discuss a Lexus ES 300h I saw on line. I arrived at the dealership, and the woman at the front desk was friendly.She paged Bob, and he immediately arrived with the same 300h I saw on line.
