The employees made us feel very comfortable while walking us through all our our options. Everything was quick and seamless. After finalizing all the paperwork it was time to walk through my new car. John was excellent! He walked us through every attribute and technology feature of the car making sure we felt like an expert ourselves before leaving the dealership. Went to dealership with intent of inspecting current inventory of used cars...not to buy anything. Asked them to price my E350 Mercedes as a potential trade. NO pressure or pitches the entire process, only good listening and informed answers when asked. Our second purchase at this dealer...one new and one certified preowned.
