For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to buy my parents a Corvette. I was finally at a point where I could make this a reality and found a good one at this dealership (for reference, I live far out parents a Corvette. I called up and MK became my sales representative for the transaction. He was absolutely fantastic. All throughout the process, he was incredibly responsive and helpful. He took the time to do a full FaceTime walkthrough of the car with me, sent me tons of pictures and videos, addressed any concerns I had, kept me updated consistently through text and phone, etc. The process of buying a car from out of state for someone who does not live in the state you reside turns out to be very very complicated...But MK was there the entire time to answer any questions I had. On top of that, he also shared in the excitement of being able to finally make this a reality for my parents, which just made the experience even better. When the day finally came to pick it up, MK even came in on his day off to get things taken care of and rolling for me! He had the car looking immaculate and helped me through all of the steps to get things finished. I couldn't be more thankful for all of his help.
