Long story short, bought a car from Peter Fuetterer at Lexus of Brookfield. Since owning the vehicle I have had nothing but problems and after putting 800 miles on the vehicle I found out the vehicles eng Lexus of Brookfield. Since owning the vehicle I have had nothing but problems and after putting 800 miles on the vehicle I found out the vehicles engine was shot. Called and emailed the vehicle dealer to let them know and see if they would work with me. Peter and Lexus of Brookfield refused to help at all and told me I’m on my own since I passed on an extended warranty. Ironically the finance guy literally said, “You can pass on the warranty, I enjoy billing people for large repairs.” Guess I should have taken the hint that Lexus of Brookfield, Peter, and the finance department does not care at all about their customers unless they have that extended warranty. Needless to say, I’m out a lot of money right now, all because I didn’t get an extended warranty from Lexus of Brookfield. I did not expect them to pay for it outright, but I certainly would have thought they would have tried to help in some way which was not the case at all. Instead I got a very defensive salesman and a very uncooperative dealership. Don’t get me wrong I may have been slightly agitated at the time of the call, but can you blame me? In conclusion, I would absolutely recommend their extended warranty since their service department is so incompetent they would miss pretty much anything when inspecting a car. Your other choice is to buy a car from a reputable dealer and stay away from Napelton owned Lexus of Brookfield. Your call though, and best of luck to people purchasing from this dealer who is pushy, charges for addons THEY already put on the car, and just all around has poor customer service. They have a really nice rating here on Google that I’d bet is incentivized, because it certainly isn’t due to outstanding customer service. Update: After speaking to the General Sales Manager, Michael Wandrey, nothing was resolved. In fact, nothing was even offered to remedy the situation. Michael made sure to let me know that he was in (corporate) chats all day in regards to the vehicle and basically tried pawning the situation off to one of Napleton's service directors who told me they really could not help me in this situation. After minimal effort, he then requested me to remove this google review. Once again, extremely poor customer service and a sales department that simply does not care about their customers. It is no surprise that the lack and blatant disregard of customer service starts from the top of management and works its way down to the salesmen on the floor at Lexus of Brookfield. More

Somebody put over 1000 miles on it between the mileage shown on the car fax when it was listed for sale and the time I took delivery. Also the price they advertise doesn't include some mandatory dealer accessory additions like nitrogen air, wheel locks, door puddle lights, and door edge moldings that total over $1,200. YMMV. You'll want to ask a lot of questions about extra fees and add-ons before you think you have a deal. More
