My husband and I made an appointment on getting an appraisal for a trade in and purchasing a new vehicle. When we went in for our appointment, we were unsure of who to meet with. Steve saw us at the f appraisal for a trade in and purchasing a new vehicle. When we went in for our appointment, we were unsure of who to meet with. Steve saw us at the front desk and came over to help us right away. Throughout our visit, Steve was dilligent and helpful. If he wasn't sure about our question asked he would ask his manager right away and give us an update. Other than the purchased car, we left home with a bouquet of flowers! More
