He assisted my family and I at the Greater Milwaukee Auto Show on Friday.at the Wisconsin Center regarding an impending purchase of a new Lexus GX. Of course I’ve worked along side Bob for over a year. However, my father and brother were equally impressed. Bob has a wealth of product knowledge along with wonderful interpersonal communication skills. When you combine those traits with his charismatic personality, you’ve got a winning combination!! Thank you again sir, please stay in touch . I’ll keep you posted if My folks decide to trade in the Porsche for the GX. My dad has been talking about the GX since it first went on sale 20 years ago. Unsatisfactory Dealership The sales people were Sammy and Bob Hill who both did an average to below average job. We had ordered the car long back, We were called in once, sat there for three hours and w and Bob Hill who both did an average to below average job. We had ordered the car long back, We were called in once, sat there for three hours and were about to get the wrong car. Next time : They sold us the hitch, which was included in their paperwork and at the time of delivery they said it’s not possible, no cargo mat, as not available I had to remind them to add $160 for their mandatory requirements of me purchasing a front foot mats from them. Right door bulb was not working and had to come back to get it fixed. All of this explained at the time of delivery, not before, giving us a feeling of being shortchanged. A complementary $25 certificate was given, so dissatisfactory experience. All in all it left a bad taste as these things mattered to us. More
